In the ages past the Great King and His beloved Son reigned over a kingdom of mighty spirits.  Then it pleased them to create a universe that could be seen.  They worked happily together and made the earth on which we live with its beautiful sky roof lighted by the glorious sun, the moon, and countless starts.  This world was the home of many interesting animals and was to be governed by a man and woman created in the image of the Great King, to Whom alone they were to be in subjection.  If they disobeyed, the penalty was to be death.
